Day 1
Upon arrival in Johannesburg, you will be met by an African Exclusive representative, who will assist with your check in for your flight to Victoria Falls Airport. You will be collected upon arrival at Victoria Falls Airport and transferred to your hotel for check in.
2 x Overnights at The Kingdom Hotel on a bed & breakfast basis
Day 2
During your stay you will have the opportunity to participate in a guided tour of The Falls as well as a sunset cruise on the mighty Zambezi river, where you are sure to see many hippos, crocodiles, elephants coming down to drink, and abundant birdlife.
TIP: The Kingdom hotel has one of the most welcoming swimming pools and pool deck restaurants, so enjoy your cocktails while you cool off, before trying your hand at one of the tables of the in-house casino. Remember though, your winnings are paid out in Zimbabwean Dollars!
Day 3
After a leisurely breakfast this morning, and some time to pack up, you will be collected from your hotel and transferred to Chobe Game lodge in time for lunch. You will go through passport control at the Kazungula boarder post separating Zimbabwe and Botswana, before driving through Kasane to get to the lodge.
After Lunch you will have some time at leisure before boarding your afternoon Chobe River water safari. You will return to the lodge for dinner.
2 x Overnights at Chobe Game Lodge on a fully inclusive basis (all meals and game viewing activities)
Day 4
An early start this morning for your 4x4 open-sided game drive into the Chobe National Park. Chobe Game Lodges is the only lodge in the Chobe/Kasane area that is located within the park, so your morning game drives will start before any of the other lodges who need to wait for the official gate opening times. This is a good opportunity to see the predators still out and about in hunting mode!
Day 5
You will be collected from the lodge this morning, and transferred to Kasane for your light aircraft flight to the Camp Okavango private airstrip in The Delta. Activities in The Delta include motor boat rides, or mokoro (dug our canoe) trips as well as walking safaris n the various islands, accompanied by your experienced, professional ranger, and in some areas which aren’t permanent water regions, 4x4 game drives are also offered.
2 x Overnights at Camp Okavango on a fully inclusive basis (all meals and game viewing activities)
TIP: Because Camp Okavango is located in a permanent delta region, assuring a year-round water wilderness experience, fishing for bream and tiger fish is also offered as an activity at this camp! Pack in your rods!
Day 7
After you morning game viewing activity, and breakfast, you will be transferred (by air) back to Kasane for your road transfer to Victoria Falls, for your onward flight back to Johannesburg. Directly flights from Maun are available on Air Botswana.
