The Atlantic Seaboard in Cape Town runs from Sea Point all the way to Lhandudno, and this stretch of coastline, boasts the trendiest beaches in the Cape beneath some of the most sort after, and exclusive real estate in the country! Because of the ice-cold water, don’t be fooled – the beaches are for sun baking rather than swimming, unless you are brave.

The four boulder-separated beaches of Clifton are the most popular, as their shelter from the wind is much sort after during the summer months, when the South-Easter descends upon the Peninsula. Camps Bay is more spectacular looking, with its wide white sandy beach, boarded by Palm Trees, cafes and cocktail bars, but not as sheltered. It does offer great celeb spotting though!
